About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling parts and services to meet customer needs, focusing on continuously improving market share. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and selling AGRFI's range of agricultural equipment parts and services
  • Focusing on continuously improving market share through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Providing expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Sourcing and supplying Service Department with parts as required
  • Assisting with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays in branch showroom
  • Participating in inward and outward stock control processes
  • Timely ordering of parts and communicating effectively with customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar industry or field
  • Proficiency in computer skills with accurate data entry and record-keeping
  • Exceptional customer relations skills
  • A valid forklift license would be highly beneficial
