Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated support workers to join our team. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their daily living needs, promoting their independence and dignity.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who is empathetic, reliable and able to work independently. You will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our clients and their families.

As a support worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with domestic cleaning and personal care tasks
  • Providing transportation to appointments and social events
  • Supporting clients with their daily living needs, such as medication management and meal preparation
  • Engaging with clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • NDIS Workers Screening Card
