Your Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of stock to our stores.
  • Collaborate closely with the Admin and Safety Supervisor to achieve common goals.
  • Utilise the Oracle system for administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Perform general administration duties, including data entry and document management.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of orders, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Individuals who prioritise safety and can think critically in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Previous experience in administration, reception, or related roles is desirable but not essential.
  • Prior experience in warehousing, dispatch, or picking and packing is beneficial but not required.
