Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Designer to join our team at MECCA Brands Pty Ltd. As a key player in the Design team, you will be responsible for concepting and implementing all forms of communications for our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver compelling concepts and campaigns
- Continuously push creative boundaries and innovate in your work
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end and lead the design process
- Manage project timings and ensure deadlines are met
- Show strong design skills and work autonomously on projects
- Mentor and guide other team members across their projects
- Manage stakeholder expectations and approvals
- Manage your workload and prioritize tasks effectively
- Be the brand custodian and ensure consistency of brand guidelines and messaging
- Support the team with ad-hoc requests and deliver outputs
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role, either in an agency or a leading brand
- Tertiary qualification in Visual Communications Design, Multimedia, or similar
- Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other creative tools
- Demonstrable experience designing digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Solid presentation skills with client stakeholders and excellent written communication skills
- Motion design capabilities are highly desirable
