The Opportunity:
We are on a journey of rapid growth, opening new clubs across Australia to make fitness accessible to more people. We pride ourselves on streamlining the gym experience with membership offerings, exceptional member experiences, and high-quality facilities.
We seek individuals who value the importance of providing a simple, welcoming, and consistent experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Member Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring personalized support aligned with our vision and values.
  • Team Collaboration & Culture: Foster positive relationships with teammates, embodying our values and behaviours.
  • Club Presentation: Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organisation, and equipment functionality.
  • Compliance and Safety: Uphold health and safety standards to protect team members and members, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and protocols.
  • Reporting and Administration: Manage member details, checklists, and maintain confidentiality.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Alignment with our Brand, Values, and Behaviours is essential.
  • Proven customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills.
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to exceed member expectations.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification required prior to starting.
  • Previous customer service experience is highly regarded, but not required.
