About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our workshop operations, you will be responsible for managing customer engagement and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build relationships with existing key accounts
  • Communicate and manage customer expectations regarding workshop bookings and scheduling
  • Attend to customer payments when required
  • Data entry involving timecards, service information, and invoicing as well as varied tasks from the accounts department
  • Controlling vehicle condition reports while liaising with customers on pick up/drop off
  • Upkeep of workshop documents including service, quality assurance, and consumables

Requirements:

  • Proven administration and customer service experience
  • Experience with workshop operations
  • Good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry - transport hydraulics and/or braking will be highly regarded
  • Ability to show initiative, solve problems, and make decisions
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Competent with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals
