As a Design Leader in Water Infrastructure, you will be responsible for guiding project delivery teams and collaborating with clients and contractors to achieve successful project outcomes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Water business, boasting 600 experts across Australia and New Zealand and 6,000 globally. You will work closely with top-tier civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to deliver captivating projects from concept to completion.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilise your water infrastructure expertise, leadership, coordination, and communication skills to successfully engage and guide project delivery teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within quality, time, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with leaders across our ANZ team for delivery of projects, as well as assist with project resourcing and business initiatives.
Qualifications

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience.
  • Experience in water infrastructure engineering and design.
  • Proven track record in the successful delivery of large projects on time, within budget, and outstanding quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and high-quality technical and non-technical report writing.
  • Client relationship/management skills and experience.
