We are seeking a seasoned professional in commercial cleaning operations to manage our Central Coast area with precision and excellence. As the Area Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations across a portfolio of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations
  • Drive performance standards by ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure team members are effectively inducted, trained, and supported to perform their jobs
  • Prepare rosters that meet modern award requirements
  • Implement initiatives to drive a high-performing and safe work environment
Requirements:
  • Valid driving license
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
  • Experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites preferred
  • Proven success in leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Strong understanding of commercial cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and WHS requirements
  • Working knowledge of the cleaning services award is highly regarded but not essential
  • Very high attention to detail, time management, and strong written and verbal communication skills
