We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment with a fun and energetic culture.

About the Role:

As a Christmas Casual, you will be working in a luxury eyewear retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect pair of sunglasses or eyeglasses. You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that values energy, self-expression, and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect pair of sunglasses or eyeglasses, answering questions and making recommendations when needed
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
