At Perth Airport, we're looking for a highly skilled Ground Transport Coordinator to join our team. This key role will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of our expansion and project delivery across our estate.

About the Role

The Ground Transport Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating existing assets, driving the delivery of two multi-storey carparks and associated works. You will work closely with stakeholders to protect from commercial revenue loss and disruption, and measure customer experience through analysis and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the optimisation of customer experience as we transition to a period of expansion and project delivery across our estate.
  • Coordinate existing assets, whilst driving the delivery of two multi-storey carparks and associated works.
  • Protect from commercial revenue loss and disruption, and measure customer experience through analysis and problem solving.
About You

We're looking for someone who is customer experience focused, analytical in their approach, and able to drive change and strategy to ensure effective delivery of our Ground Transport Strategy. You will have deep experience in Ground Transport or a similarly related field, with demonstrated exposure to major works and subsequent change management procedures.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience delivering strategy at Business unit level, and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees both internally and externally to the business.
