The Role:
We seek an experienced solicitor to join our practice as the primary family lawyer.
You will take carriage of your own files, providing advice and representing clients in property and financial settlements, parenting matters, divorces, and other areas of family law.
The position may involve travel to attend Federal Courts, mediation, and other required events.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience and technical proficiency in family law;
- Strong advocacy skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team;
- Proficiency in using legal file management software (LEAP) and Microsoft Office, Excel, and various online Court platforms.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
You should hold a NSW Practising Certificate or be able to obtain one immediately.
