">About The Position:
">We're seeking an experienced Packaging Graphic Design Specialist to join our internal Design team, responsible for developing design, product development, and packaging across our private and integrated brands.
">This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll have the chance to develop and evolve our private brand packaging style guidelines, creating new visual concepts that elevate our brand identity.
">Your Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of our private brand packaging style guidelines, incorporating new visual concepts and elevating our brand identity.">
- Collaborate with merchandise buying teams to ensure adherence to private brand packaging style guides and compliance standards.">
- Evaluate and improve the briefing process and spec packaging for all development and production of our private brands.">
- Work closely with buyers, GSOs, and key vendors to ensure private branded packaging meets compliance standards and exceeds customer expectations.">
- Create and manage brand packaging photography guidelines, capturing the essence of our products.">
About You:
">We're looking for a skilled and experienced professional with 2-5+ years of high-volume commercial graphic design packaging development experience, preferably in-house or agency environments.
">You should possess a comprehensive understanding of homewares and DIY trends, as well as print production techniques and finishing methods.
">A strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, is required.
">You'll be a team player with excellent time management skills, able to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
