We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the sales performance of our store.
About the Role- Ensure a safe working environment for customers and colleagues, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) of the store.
- Maintain store presentation and ensure shelving is stocked with merchandise.
- Clean and maintain showroom standards to showcase products effectively.
- Provide excellent product information to customers, demonstrating a passion for motorcycles and related services.
- Demonstrate commitment and reliability by meeting shift commitments and deadlines.
You should have some retail experience, a passion for the motorcycle industry, and excellent communication skills. A 'customer comes first' attitude and ability to work effectively in a team are essential qualities.
Able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks efficiently will be beneficial in this role.
