The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel strategies tailored to key sectors, building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers, and collaborating on new product development and market activation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute channel strategies to drive sales and profit growth in key sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities and deliver results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and activate markets.
  • Support the management of resources and processes to ensure accurate sales reporting and data analysis.
  • Contribute to pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Work closely with production, technical, finance, and supply chain teams to achieve business objectives.

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum + superannuation
