The Program Manager will establish and maintain relationships across internal customer and stakeholder groups, drive delivery expertise into planning, definition, and governance across projects and initiatives within the program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships across internal customer and stakeholder groups
- Driving delivery expertise into planning, definition, and governance across projects and initiatives within the program
- Championing quality at each phase of the delivery cycle
- Proactively managing expectations and educating stakeholder groups on delivery trade-offs
- Coordinating and producing reporting at various levels
The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with experience initiating, delivering, and governing projects and programs. They should have extensive technology project delivery experience and/or senior delivery roles responsible for teams greater than ten, with programs of work extending over multiple financial years.
Professional development will be highly regarded, and the experience you have collected from time in the trenches will be valued.
