Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our retail team as a Sales Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • To work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service
  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
  • To ensure accurate processing of sales transactions and maintain a high level of cash handling skills
  • To contribute to the visual merchandising and stock management processes to ensure a visually appealing store environment

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, and lifting
