Job Title:

A Loan Variations Officer plays a key role in customer service and timely loan variation requests processing.

Main responsibilities include making outbound calls, obtaining information, educating on options, and confirming legitimate activity.

This position requires expertise in delivering exceptional customer experiences and adhering to Bank policies.

About the Role:
  • Process customer and broker loan servicing requests
  • Assess loans for approval or decline in line with Bank policies
  • Provide strong customer service to internal and external partners
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in fast-paced customer-focused environments
  • Banking experience and expert knowledge of loan servicing
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills
