About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Onsite Rentals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our assets on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out mechanical inspections, servicing, and repairs across our product range in the field and in the workshop as required.
  • Ensure jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed daily.
  • Monitor and record parts usage.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A mechanical trade qualification.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • Sound diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills.
  • Great communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • The ability to work unsupervised in the field.
  • The ability to participate in an on-call roster.
