Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop a deep understanding of our menu and be able to make recommendations to guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume venue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current RSA certification
