Sonder Responder

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Sonder Responder to join our Response Network in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will provide in-person support to our members who require assistance, working in coordination with our Support Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in emergency services, military, or mental health sectors to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our members.

• Provide in-person support to members in need, working in coordination with our Support Centre
• Conduct stakeholder engagement to support Sonder's business and operational outputs
• Nurture partnership relations, engagement, and training
• Provide input to operational procedures and network management
• Conduct emergency and non-emergency support responses as required

• Recent or current experience in emergency services, military, or mental health sectors
• High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management
• Ability to set priorities, act on key issues, and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity
• Ability to work a flexible, on-call roster
