Early Years Program Director

We are seeking an experienced Room Leader to join our team of passionate educators. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and supervising students, support educators, assistants and educators to ensure high-quality education and care for all children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead educational programs for individuals and groups of children using the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Develop and promote collaborative partnerships with families to ensure that all information regarding the care and education of their child is understood
- Establish and maintain a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment for children
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
