Key Responsibilities
  • Site Set Up and Maintenance: Assist with the upkeep of site facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Environmental Compliance: Manage and maintain site-specific EPA checklists, ensuring all environmental controls are in place and maintained.
  • Programme Management: Assist with the management of sub-contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure Service Providers comply with site cleanliness rules, and assist with quality control on site, management of defects, and final inspections.
  • Administration and Documentation: Assist with maintaining files and registers, and compiling handover documentation.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Understand and comply with the company's HSE system, and maintain site records as outlined in the procedures manual.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Trades Assistant in the general maintenance area.
  • Relevant trade qualification.
  • Solid understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry with relevant tickets, such as a White Card (Construction).
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
