Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to people with disabilities in their own homes.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with participants and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to promote social inclusion and community participation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Comply with all relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma of Community Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with participants with Autism and Epilepsy required.
  • National Driver's License with a fully insured car required.
  • At least one year of experience supporting people with disabilities.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
