Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Trainee Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and engaging environment for children, families, and team members
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the education program and centre team
- Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
- Willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Permanent right to work in Australia
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Flexible availability
- Interest in early years education
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or willingness to receive)
- Fully funded qualification - Goodstart will cover all related RTO enrolment and training fees
