SAP Operations Manager for Business Process Optimization

This is a senior-level role that requires an experienced SAP professional to oversee the daily operations of SAP BAU support, ensuring seamless delivery and maximizing business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the governance and management of SAP BAU support functions, including incident management, service requests, problem management, and minor enhancements.
- Foster strong relationships with client teams, offshore delivery teams, and third-party vendors to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality in SAP BAU support.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in at least one SAP functional or technical area with relevant SAP certification.
- In-depth understanding of the SAP ecosystem and roadmap.
