Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Prosecuting Solicitor to join our team. This role involves providing prosecution services, including adjudication and advocacy, in accordance with the ethics of the legal profession.

The Prosecuting Solicitor is accountable for the provision of prosecution services, including adjudication and less-complex advocacy. The role requires conducting prosecution files within the lower range of complexity and working under limited supervision.

Responsibilities include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in law;
  • Eligibility to be admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of South Australia;
  • An unrestricted practicing certificate;
