Payroll Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Payroll Specialist to join our finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for timely payment of correct wages, processing payroll reconciliations, and maintaining accurate employee records in SyteLine (ERP System) and Attaché.

The role involves working closely with the payroll team to implement process improvements, simplifications, and automation.

  • Timely payment of correct wages and other company payment reconciliations.
  • Working with the payroll team on implementing process improvements, simplifications, and automation.
  • Accurate entry and amendment of employee records into SyteLine (ERP System) and Attaché.
  • Administrative duties such as following up enquiries from managers and employees, Month-End / Year-End reconciliations and data entry/filing as required.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous payroll processing experience is desirable.
  • Experience with payroll processing software is desirable.
  • A high level of administrative and organisational skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Forward thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
