Senior Leadership Role in Anaesthesia Services

We are seeking an exceptional individual to take on a key leadership position within our Anaesthesia department. As Deputy Clinical Director of Anaesthesia and Perioperative Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our clinical services.

Essential Requirements- A medical practitioner registration with AHPRA is mandatory for this role.
- Fellowship of the Australian & New Zealand College of Anaesthesia (ANZCA) or Specialist recognition as a Rural Generalist Anaesthetist (RGA) or equivalent is required.
- A current Police Check and valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check are essential.
- Seasonal influenza vaccination is mandatory for healthcare workers in accordance with Secretary, Department of Health Directions.
- Entitlement to work within Australia is required.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in anaesthesia and perioperative medicine would be highly beneficial.
- Proven organisational ability, superior interpersonal skills, and effective communication skills are also desirable.
- Experience in teaching, supervision, and post-graduate education, as well as leadership and management of clinical staff, would be advantageous.
