The Service Project Manager role is pivotal in our business, overseeing project leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Main responsibilities include managing all aspects of assigned projects, facilitating decision-making, interpreting contract documents, and ensuring project profitability and contractual compliance.

  • Manage project scheduling, budget, quality, EHS, reporting, risk management, and communication.
  • Support proposal preparation and manage project team members, site resources, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee SAP transactions, maintain good relations with customers and internal teams, and lead project execution.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with qualifications in Project Management, preferably a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and 5-10 years of hydro power or related industry experience.

Interfaces: Collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, Logistics, Controlling, Sales, Commercial, and Field Service teams as well as external customers, suppliers, partners, and consultants.

  • Effective risk management and issue resolution;
  • Maintenance of excellent customer relationships;
  • Continuous improvement of project management processes.
