About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Service Employees at The Salvation Army Aged Care.

This role offers a rewarding career path where you will play a key part in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, making a tangible difference in their quality of life.

As a Care Service Employee, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care, building strong relationships with residents, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

To succeed in this role, you will possess a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, current First Aid certification, and a commitment to promoting the values and ethos of The Salvation Army.

You will also have excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and experience with documentation. Additionally, you will be able to work under limited supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records throughout each shift.
