At Armstrong Legal, we're looking for an experienced legal secretary to join our team in Sydney.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have a background in legal secretarial work, be highly skilled in legal transcription, and possess exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Transcribe legal documents and correspondence, as well as dictations with high accuracy and speed.
  • Utilize intermediate level Microsoft Word skills and digital transcription software.
  • Maintain excellent time management skills and meet strict deadlines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 70wpm typing speed with 98% accuracy.
  • Excellent English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Previous experience in a similar legal transcription role.
