Job Title: Quality and Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this challenging role. As a Quality and Compliance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring high standards of care and compliance are met.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of aged care quality standards and legislation, as well as excellent time management and organisational abilities.

  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with aged care quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in clinical care and service delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate policies to align with compliance requirements.
  • Identify risks and work with teams to implement mitigation strategies.
  • SUPPORTING ACCREDITATION AND QUALITY PROCESSES.
Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our services meet the highest standards of care and compliance. You will have a strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation, as well as excellent time management and organisational abilities.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with current registration with AHPRA, strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation, and proven ability to identify and implement improvement initiatives.
