About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Domestic Assistant at Whiddon Beaudesert. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
  • Engage with residents in activities and conversations, promoting social interaction and a sense of community
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safe work practices
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
