Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and be able to perform technical studies, define project requirements, and ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, generate, and review project requirements documentation.
  • Perform technical studies to refine project requirements.
  • Monitor projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
  • Provide coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensure all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
  • Support Engineers in the design, development, modification, and improvement of products/processes.
  • Conduct performance/project analyses during phase-down to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs.
  • Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory/compliance issues; recommend process, product or service improvements.
  • Solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact.
  • Contribute to the development of job family or strategy.
  • Mentor and advise project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
  • Be regarded as the technical expert in your particular discipline.
  • Requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the job family.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Must have a minimum of a BA/BS degree from an accredited institution in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Controls).
  • Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
