We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Law Clerk to join our team at AFL Recruitment.

Job DescriptionIn this key role, you will be the right-hand person to our senior personal injury team leader lawyer. You will love the variety and immense satisfaction of assisting to obtain justice for seriously injured clients in respect of their:
- Workers Compensation/Work injury damages;
- Public Liability claims.
You will be actively involved in clients' cases, liaising with clients, other solicitors, insurers, and doctors. Your tasks will include legal research, reviewing clinical/medical notes, arranging appointments, drafting various legal/court documents, briefing counsel, filing, and general administration.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1.5 years or more of plaintiff personal injury legal experience;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines;
- Ability to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
- Career ambition and a desire for long-term career progression with an employer committed to investing in your success.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $60,000-$85,000 per annum;
- Full-time employment with potential for part-work-from-home arrangements;
