- Provide clinical and administrative leadership, setting high standards of practice and contributing to the growth and development of our social work team.
- Implement evidence-based safety and quality processes to enhance service delivery across the Liverpool Hospital and South Western Sydney Local Health District.
- Maintain a dynamic caseload reflecting expertise and commitment to direct care, prioritizing client needs and promoting positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to act as Acting Head of Department during periods of absence or leave, ensuring continuity and stability in our services.
- Lead by example, influencing systemic change and improving outcomes for individuals and communities through innovative practice and strategic collaboration.
