  • Maintain a dynamic caseload reflecting expertise and commitment to direct care, prioritizing client needs and promoting positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to act as Acting Head of Department during periods of absence or leave, ensuring continuity and stability in our services.
  • Lead by example, influencing systemic change and improving outcomes for individuals and communities through innovative practice and strategic collaboration.
