We are seeking a highly skilled Health Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team in Darwin, Australia.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide health, safety and environmental advice and expertise to our major Oil & Gas maintenance contract. You will be responsible for improving HSE performance, culture and management. This includes conducting and supporting HSE audits, inspections, investigations and training/awareness.
You will monitor work practices to ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures and standards. Additionally, you will ensure all HSE processes and activities comply with relevant HSE legislation and company standards.

What We're Looking For:
- Certificate IV qualification in OHS and/or Environmental or related area (Diploma preferred)
- Applied First Aid Certificate
- Experience in a similar HSE role – preferably offshore oil and gas experience
- Well-established knowledge of site HSE policies and procedures, and extensive knowledge of HSE legislation and standards
- Ability to accurately assemble and maintain document quality records, and produce reports using MS Office Suite
- Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
