Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fund Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for the full responsibility of a client account and will act as the main liaison and point of contact for all matters relating to the account.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and maintenance of alternative investment funds, including liaison with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries.
  • Day-to-day operations of the funds, including follow-up with third parties, investors, and fund managers.
  • Preparation of periodic reports and regulatory reports for the fund's entities.
  • Preparation of the funds' periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements.
  • Coordination of audits and review of other fund-related reports.
  • Investor servicing, including investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and issuance of shareholder statements.
  • Organisation and participation in board meetings and shareholders' meetings.
  • Review of tax returns and tax balances, and maintenance of relevant contacts with the tax authorities.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Accounting and Finance or Economics.
  • Fully qualified Accountant (e.g. ACCA/CPAA/CIMA/ACA).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in alternative investment fund administration, audit firms, or domiciliation.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Team spirit, capacity to build strong client relationships, and ability to take initiative.
