About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our water infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver complex water infrastructure projects
  • Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
  • Maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in water infrastructure project management, preferably in the Australian market
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and best practices
