Role Overview

Nurture the Potential of Swimmers as a Squad Coach

As a key member of our coaching team, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative training programs and competitive goals that challenge and inspire our athletes.

  • Develop programs and goals for the squad with the Head Coach's support
  • Assist in maintaining all associated administrative duties relating to the area
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach to develop innovative training programs

The ideal candidate will be involved in all areas of the squad program, from development level swimmers to Junior competitive and senior age squads. Our coach will work closely with the Head Coach to achieve the squad's objectives.

Required Expertise
  • Bronze Licence
  • Membership with ASCTA
  • Current Resuscitation certificate
  • Experience coaching Metropolitan, State and National Level Swimmers
