Surgical Nurse Position

Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Surgical Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a variety of hospitals and health services across Australia.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Surgical Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in surgical ward nursing and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care to patients in a variety of hospitals and health services across Australia.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in surgical ward nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a variety of settings and locations.
- Competitive salary package of up to $73.85 per hour.
