Product Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Professional to join our team in Sydney. As a key member, you will be responsible for conceptualising and developing new products that meet our established design language.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in product development and experience working with complex engineering concepts. You will collaborate with engineering teams, manage products throughout the entire development cycle, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualise and develop new products
  • Refine existing products to meet design language
  • Manage product development cycles
  • Collaborate with engineering teams
  • Liaise with stakeholders

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Product/Industrial Design or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • A portfolio showcasing design process and presentation skills
  • Experience in design for manufacturing
  • Expertise in product visualisation and rendering
  • Proficiency in software tools (Solidworks, Adobe CC)
  • Complex surface modelling experience
  • Good ideation and sketching skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Defence, medical, aerospace or consumer electronics
  • Australian citizenship for Baseline and potential NV1 clearance
