Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Federal Government and Education sector.
Job Description- Engage with existing and new clients to maintain and grow business for Lenovo across Mobility, End User Compute, Datacentre & Services portfolio.
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for Lenovo products and services.
- Develop account relationships on all hierarchy levels at the prospects, including senior level engagements.
- Leverage channel community to improve coverage and enhance relationships
- Engage with extended teams in responding to RFTs (Request for Tenders), product transition plans, and resource planning
- Develop strategies for profit and pricing proposals, as well as communicate and understand
- Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for an effective rollout.
- Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience
- A proven successful track record in IT sales
- Experience selling into large Commercial and Public Sector organisations
- Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners across all levels of the organisation
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills – presentation, negotiation

The successful candidate will have access to comprehensive training and development programs, as well as a competitive salary package. We estimate the annual salary to be between $120,000 and $180,000 AUD, depending on experience.
