Banking & Finance Lawyer Opportunity

We seek a seasoned banking and finance lawyer to collaborate with our esteemed partners and practitioners in Sydney.

The successful candidate will handle complex matters spanning corporate, structured and asset-based financing transactions, as well as restructuring and special situations.

Key responsibilities include advising lenders and financiers, managing transactions with significant client exposure, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in banking and finance law at a reputable commercial firm.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Corporate or Structured financing (lender side).
  • Some experience with front-end restructuring is desirable.
  • Strong academic performance and project management skills are essential.
  • Ability to mentor graduates and junior team members.
