About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Advertising Executive to join our Albany Advertiser Sales Team at Seven West Media. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer service to our clients, ensuring the success, growth, and profitability of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new opportunities to grow business revenue through interaction with existing clients and actively seeking new business within a specified market;
  • Seek out a deep understanding of clients' needs in order to create a targeted sales strategy;
  • Achieve revenue targets;
  • Create high-quality sales proposals and strategies and be able to confidently and effectively present them to clients;
  • Provide after-sales services as requested to ensure that clients' expectations are met to a high standard;
  • Provide constructive input for advertising strategies;
  • Identify, assess, and manage business and revenue risks as they arise.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Customer service or sales experience in industries including retail and hospitality;
  • A genuine desire to work closely with clients and ensure them optimal returns for their investments with our company;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Organizational skills, able to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Computer literacy skills, especially with MS office applications;
  • A current driver's license.
