**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Airport Tarmac Logistics Coordinator to join our Sydney Airport team. As the face of our organization on the tarmac, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service to airline crews and facilitating smooth aircraft departures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely navigate airport facilities as an authorized driver, conducting regular vehicle checks and inspections.
  • Unload and load trucks onto aircraft using airline equipment such as carts & ovens in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with airline cabin crew to ensure timely servicing and delivery handovers.
  • Perform administrative duties, including documentation and reporting tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Holding a valid MR Truck licence or higher (HR driver's license preferred).
  • Able to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
  • Flexible to work various shifts across a 7-day roster.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must obtain a clear National Police Check prior to commencing employment.
  • Available to commit to a full-time permanent position, working 38 hours per week.
