Manufacturing Packaging Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Packaging Specialist to join our team in Kewdale. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the efficient, accurate, and high-quality packaging of finished products in accordance with company standards.

About the Role
  • Pack finished products into designated containers or packaging according to standard procedures and specifications.
  • Inspect products for quality assurance prior to packaging.
  • Label packaged goods accurately with product codes, lot numbers, and relevant information.
  • Operate packaging machinery (e.g., label applicators) safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory of packaging materials and report low stock levels to avoid production delays.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, especially around packaging areas.
  • Follow all workplace health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging is desirable but not required.
  • Basic math skills for counting, sorting, and recording quantities.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items repeatedly.
