Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with investigations and court proceedings for the ACCC.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Admission as a practitioner of the High Court or the Supreme Court of an Australian State or Territory is mandatory.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality legal services while working effectively under tight timeframes is essential.
  • Advantageous experience advising in relation to Part IV of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
