Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Associate.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and provide friendly, efficient information to customers.
  • Secure that all products passing through the entrance are paid for.
  • Support other areas of customer relations including resolving customer service issues, maintaining shopping tools and catalogues.
  • Process returns and resolve customer issues, recognizing when to escalate to someone with higher authorization.
  • Handle cash and card payments in a reliable, accurate and friendly way.
  • Record information accurately in the system to continually improve the customer shopping experience.
