This is a critical role within our Cyber Security team, responsible for managing the response to Cyber Security and IT Service incidents. The successful candidate will have experience in incident response, particularly in Cyber Security Incidents and/or IT Service Management Incident Response.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incident response activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of Cyber Security and IT Service incidents.
  • Develop and implement new capabilities to enhance incident response processes and tools.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incident response, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining detailed records of incidents and response actions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure a coordinated response to incidents, including IT, security, and business units.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in incident response, with a focus on Cyber Security Incidents and/or IT Service Management Incident Response.
  • Proven track record of building new capabilities and improving existing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Solid understanding of security technologies and frameworks (e.g. NIST), threat landscapes, and incident response methodologies.
